As a holistic counsellor, I offer a safe, nurturing environment for those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, FND, and the lived experience of suicide. With a deeply spiritual approach to healing, I believe in the power of the mind, body, and spirit to work in harmony, creating a foundation for true well-being.


Whether you prefer online sessions, a walk-and-talk format, or in-person support, I’m here to meet you where you are. I take the time to truly listen, providing a space where you feel heard, seen, and validated. My role is to guide you through your healing journey, supporting you every step of the way, with an open heart and compassionate ear.


I place great value on the connection between nature and healing, helping you find peace and stillness within yourself as you reconnect with the world around you. Together, we’ll explore what it means to heal, restore balance, and embrace your authentic self.
